Does All Zecter in Kabuto series is equally as strong to each other or is there a Zecter that is a lot stronger than another Zecter?

I know it can just boil down to "depends on the user" but i'm genuinely curious wether does All Zecter are created equally or there are Zecter that is weaker or stronger than the other one
