As in the title, i propose this name for the underrated cold war scenario between a Britain-led Entente and a russian-led alliance. The name takes ispiration from the historical Great game, a sort of “cold war” between the british and russian empires, marked by distrust, diplomatic intrigue, and regional wars, never erupting into a full-scale war directly between Russian and British forces.
In a world where both sides posses nuclear weapons it’s the only way two empires can fight…
