Why is this unlock so expensive

I mean this thing is worse than even the dodo unlock atleast it's gyroshere is less luck based but still. Am I missing something this thing doesn't even have a hybrid other than being a great class canon I can't get why you would spend 2 lvl 40 amber legendaries and 2 lvl40 tournament creature and a lvl40 Rex for it
