NSEC Olympiad stamp issue

I registered for NSEC in oct but i only recently found out that i need a stamp/signature on my photo on the form, the problem is ki i cant get it stamped as im in a dummy school and the school is far from my home (i have nsea tmrw so theres not enough time)

will they not let me sit in the exam if i dont have it stamped?

i called the iapt number and asked about it, NSEC and NSEA exams have been postponed in DELHI due to POLLUTION and as for the stamp problem if you cant get it stamped from school, parents' signature will do
