Which game made you feel "fulfilled" after beating it?

I just beat the Riven remake. It had been 25 years since I first tried to beat the original, and it took me six months with a walkthrough. This time around, it took me about a week, and I went in with nothing but a notebook. It's the most accomplished I've ever felt with a videogame.
