How often do secular Israeli teenagers try and get out of army service?

A friends friend said 60% of his secular high school class (which was a few years before October 7th) came up with some reason not to serve in the army. But they are not the norm.

I was shocked, cause that’s not the narrative we hear about army service amount secular Israelis.

How common is it for non-religious teenagers today to do this?
