Looking for some hidden gyms

I’m planning on going to Haifa , Nazareth, Jerusalem and Tel Aviv ( maybe Bethlehem if the conflict is over by then ) but is there any hidden gyms that regular tourist wouldn’t know about. it doesn’t necessarily have to be within those city’s but that’s just the places I’m hoping to stay at ( also I’m a Christian so I’ve been advised to stay away from ultra orthodox areas )
