Is it unusual that my order hasn't shipped?

I ordered a few things from ipsy shopper on as far back as April 2nd and they still say order processing. I know with all this stuff going on it would take longer and it's not that big of a deal, I just didn't realize it would still be processing almost 2 weeks later. 😅
