Canadian federal subsidy over?

Hello all this question is towards my fellow Canadians.

Am I reading this wrong or has all the money for the federal subsidy dried up?

I got called for a 2025 for delivery in February but it’s not exactly the spec that I want, if it’s the case that the federal is gone I might as well wait till after April for my provincial rebate (I’m in Quebec) to return (hopefully) and get the spec I really want.
