PLDT Blocked our Website Domain

Anyone here have the same experience? PLDT blocked our domain name, meaning we cannot access our website if the user is connected to PLDT internet. However it is accessible via data, Globe, Converge etc.

Tried their customer support 4x na, but still no resolution.
