BRIGHTWAY APPOINTMENTS

Hey there! I'm looking into partnering up with Brightway but one of my main concerns is the appointment from carriers. It appears Brightway doesn't have complete control on who the carriers decide who to work with. The main questions are what has been your experience starting out? Were you provided a decent amount of carriers to start off with? And what were the requirements to be appointed by commercial carriers?
Perhaps this may help with answering the inquiries: I'm in GA and come from an adjuster background.
