Curious if what I have is Insulin Resistance

Hello,

I recently began going to a doctor for some issues I've been experiencing for quite some time.

Symptoms (Not all present themselves each time, usually a combination of a few but dizziness is always present):

- Dizziness (Not spinning sensation but like a floating or just got off a boat)

- Blurred Vision

- Weak Legs

- Heart Palpitations

- Anxiety like symptoms

- Increased heart rate

Those are some of the more prominent ones that come to mind. I first found out I had low blood sugar due to an incident while working. Prior to that I have been in and out of ER's and Urgent Cares for the above symptoms, Blood work (which I'm not 100% what was checked), chest x-ray, CT scans, etc. I was told I am 100% healthy and am experience "Stress-Induced Anxiety". I couldn't believe myself to believe that as I have always been laid back and never had anything in life that would cause for a random onset of above symptoms.

It was about 4 months ago I experienced another sensation and went to onsite medical and the nurse checked my sugar immediately and came back at 34. She immediately gave me something to raise it back up and it worked but was completely exhausted for a day after that experience.

I have attached a portion of my most recent blood work which is fasting glucose and insulin. I have done research online and tried to figure out if it is IR but I feel like I'm getting mixed information. Some lead toward IR and the other videos and information I read / watch says I don't.

I would like some advice. I feel like I am on the right path to figuring out what has been causing all these symptoms for so long and to know what it is for sure and what to do to fix it would be a great way to begin the new year.

Thank you!
