What the heck??

Has this happened to anyone else?? I didn’t put the strip in backwards, and didn’t get any water inside to the best of my knowledge. I still got my results this morning so now I’m wondering if they’re inaccurate…if this HAS happened to anyone, how fast did they deliver the new device? I need to test tomorrow!!
