what do i even do..

basically sometimes i just rip my toenails off bc i cant afford nail clippers but the whole length ripped of and half of it was off but it was stuck on the bottom do i tried ti cut it off with scissors and the scissors got stuck in there(worst fucking pain of my life) so i had to rip to out and now its just like this i knoe this isnt ingrown toenail but i fear it may become
