How to settle abroad, 18m commerce background

So 18 m from commerce background i have some questions regarding settling abroad as I want to settle their too , please mention while answering that you're settled abroad or not

1st way

Do bachelors or masters from abroad (by taking loan) and do a blue collar job while studying there and pay for your expenses

2nd way

Complete education from India , after that do any course which is acceptable worldwide or in that particular country like acca , cfa, cpa

Then either apply in your same company's any abroad team in which you're working or applyto new company's from here only and when you find a job then shift there

Idk if the 2 way is actually possible, please share your insights, and is their really possible for someone to study abroad when the don't have money and solely depending on scholarships and education loans (assuming that you're average in studies )

Please give you're insights and do mention that if you're settled abroad and what was the pathway you followed, and how can I do this ( will take admission in college this year in bcom or bcom h or eco h(not sure if I'm eligible for this or not )). And later I'll do masters .

And if you have any other recommendation for any course that i can pursue so you can tell that too
