Job Offer After Struggle, But Hesitant About Majority Muslim Workplace.

I (21f) recently got an entry-level job at a US-based firm after struggling to find one. However, I’m unsure whether to feel happy or sad about it.

The pay is decent, offers two Saturdays off per month, and comes with 21 total leaves annually (no provision for sick leave). Strict 9-5 timings.

That said, the workplace has only 20 employees—all male and only 1 female. 10 of them are Muslim, wearing traditional attire, sporting long beards and skullcap. While I don’t hate Muslims, the idea of working in this environment makes me feel uncomfortable and somewhat unsafe. I’m unsure if this is a result of my own bias or if my concerns are justified.

I don't hate muslims or any other religion but atleast I expect people to have formal dressing in workspace and do not come in long beard and skullcap. Am I wrong to think this ?

Also the founder is a Muslim. The pattern shows that they have a reservation for Muslims and favour them.

The office is on the 15th floor, and the thought of spending my workdays in such an environment feels unsettling.

Additionally, the company requires a two-year agreement. From my job search experience, I’ve noticed this is fairly common for freshers.

As a commerce graduate without an MBA, I feel stuck. Am I wrong to think this way? What should I do?

PS : I left my previous Job, don't have other offers in hand.
