Why have the scales tilt in favour of khushi now?When ipk was on air arnav was more famous.

People seem to like her more now,there was a MBC bollywood (Arabic channel) poll 3-4 years back and khushi had got more than 100K votes(more than arnav,advay and chandni combined).

More recently,few months back on a SP youtube poll khushi got 91% votes as opposed to arnav's 9%.

Is it that people are more aware of toxicity now?More unforgiving of it even if it comes with good looks?

But on youtube you can still read annoying comments like "arnav is cruel to khushi but that gives him more pain than what khushi feels" so may be it isnt that they recognize and dislike his toxicity. They still like him,from what you get to read on youtube,but may be they just like her comic,goofy personality more. But again the question remains,why this shift?
