Why is Union Bank falling?? despite trading below its book value?

Union bank is trading below its book value for a week now. The fundamental of the stocks seem solid. PE Ratio of 6 beating Industry average. Increase revenues and Profits per quarter but the stock keeps falling!! can someone explain please, any plausible reason.
