Abandoned dog , Please help

Saw this dog right outside nawada metro station (Delhi Metro) . I had seen him here two weeks ago and he looked pretty well groomed back then ...and now he looks really pale, sad and weak . I tried giving him boiled eggs he wasnt able to eat it on his own ...I had to feed him . He wasnt even able to pick the eggs from the plastic plate by himself . Other dogs were trying to trouble him while he was eating ...he seems very patient with people and was really afraid of other dogs..doesnt bark at all ...just runs away from stray dogs . I tried checking for local animal rescue centers around me ...cant find their contact no on google . Please help if you know contact or address of animal shelters nearby who can help him .
