Best espresso machine for 30K to 40K INR

Hey guys, I'm planning to buy an espresso machine in the 30-40k range. I looked at some of the Delonghi machines, but I'm not aware of many other things good brands in this range.

I liked the Delonghi ECP 3420. I also looked at Gaggia and Agaro machines in that range but not sure how they are.
