Newly diagnosed at 25

Recently diagnosed after having vasculitis on my legs and protein in my urine. Confirmed with a biopsy.

Doctor prescribed me with Losartan but tells me there isn’t anything else I can do or change in my diet or lifestyle. Doctor informed me to stop taking Losartan when I have a cold because my blood pressure can drop too low.

Is anyone else here diagnosed with IGA vasculitis as well? Have you made any lifestyle or diet changes that helped with this disease?
