I’m currently taking 12.5mg(half the smallest dose) of Seroquel. My retreat suggested I come off at seven days before my ceremony, is that long enough?

It is a very low-dose, and I plan on stopping 10 days before the first ceremony. The day I’m quitting comes from the last day of my final exams. I’d really like to get some sleep during exam season to make sure I maintain my GPA. I was prescribed pregabalin earlier in the year(got prescribed it for a month for acute situational anxiety) and have some medication left, it definitely doesn’t help me sleep as much as Seroquel, but would it be better for me to start taking that instead? The date of my ceremony is April 26th. Thank you for any and all feedback xxx
