Am I injecting PIO in the right spot?
First two PIO injections and I’m in a lot of pain. When the shot goes in, it feels like it hits a nerve or something and it tenses my glute/hip up. Afterwards, my hip is very sore and it’s difficult to put weight on it/walk.
I’m heating the syringe before, using a heating pad before and after, and massaging after injection. Any advice 😭
