How do you deal with anxiety/stress?

I’m curious, but also hoping to get some answers which make sense. I’ve been dealing with an unusual amount of stress/anxiety recently, and I’m essentially looking for solutions/how to deal with it.

I’ve asked some other places and people, but most say that the consequences to what I’m anxious about aren’t that bad/it’s an overreaction (or something along those lines), which isn’t very helpful.

Also sorry if my english is bad, it’s not my first language and it’s very late where I am (terrible combination for writing, sorry).
