What happens if I apply after Sep 27th such as 28th or 29th?

Seemingly, things getting disorganized.

It takes longer to get LOR released: One of my LOR physicians is unavailable for unknown periods for familial emergencies and I cannot even reach him. I emailed my draft to another physician on Thursday hoping he is going to upload it on the same day, but he did not even reply to me saying he had received my email, etc.

I asked somebody to correct my CV and PS (2 different editors on Fiverr). CV is done, just need to cut and paste from the Word file to the CV. For PS, I was told to reorganize my PS to include some experiences in Japan (the previous preceptor I left told me not to include much info from my country side to let PD know I am more onto the U.S. side, not on my original country).

The only thing I can be ready for sure on Wed is one LOR and CV.

Questions

1) What happens if I upload everything on Thursday morning instead of Wednesday morning?

2) What happens if I apply and pay to programs but upload other documents such as PS later such as Friday?
