Chances of admission

Hi I would just like to know if you guys think I have a chance of getting admitted to IE.

I dont really have good grades in the French baccalaureate system (13/20 moyenne general in 1e/11th grade and in 12th grade: 12.73/20 in my two spécialités with a bad grade in complementary math 9.8/20. So I have 13.45/20 moyenne general right now)

I am bilingual in English and French, have lots of volunteering experiences (5 events for homeless people/ handicapped and promoting a plastic cleaning enterprise) I also play lots of sports (5-10) and did nationals in Football. If I do good on the IE admission test and the Kira do I still have a chance of getting in even though I have bad grades?
