Does anyone take Zofran and promethazine on a schedule?

I was wondering if anyone else takes 8mg Zofran and 12.5 promethazine together every 8 hours. Technically I’m supposed to take the promethazine suppositories, but I don’t have access to them yet. These to medications seem to help my hyperemesis a lot and I usually have severe hyperemesis.
