Cloud 3 Wireless glitchiness issue?

recently picked up a Cloud 3 Wireless and today i've been noticing that it constantly seems to be dropping the bitrate for a second or so before going back up to normal, almost like when you're on a call and you lag out.. anyone here had similar issues & found a fix? would the sample rate have an effect?
