Hypothetical speed type hatsu

Hi guys I’m chilling at work on a break reading HxH again just trying to learn the power system better. I had a hypothetical question to run by anyone interested who knows about nen more thoroughly. Here it is: Had Killua been born a pure enhancer on the nen ring couldn’t he have still produced his abilities? Would they be more impressive or less impressive by comparison to where he falls in the ring now?

I know Wing back in Yorknew said enhancers don’t really need any special attacks but they could still produce something like that no? Especially given his background. After all if enhancers are already the best at enhancing at their peak couldn’t an enhancer produce more speed than killua through his own way?

Each of his abilities could be reproduced by an enhancer because next to enhancement transmutation and emission are the next best categories for them to draw from although I know it’s not the ideal for them to lean towards transmutation because their core affinity is enhancement. What do you make of this?
