[21 F] How can I improve?

Looking for suggestions on what I can improve. I hardly ever wear makeup cause I’m not very good at it, but I’m willing to learn. I’m insecure about my nose but don’t really want to get plastic surgery. First five pictures are recent, last one is 2 years ago when I had short hair, the others are in between when I was growing it out.
