UP Manila to UP Los Baños

Medyo may idea naman na ako (from Taft, take a bus to Alabang Starmall/South Station then take a bus again bound to Elbi), tho I haven't tried commuting this way yet. If may suggestions kayo, would appreciate it very much. Thanks!
