Please Help

Hi All, I bought this Carolina Reaper plant from a departmental store and transplanted it in my pot about 3 weeks ago. When I planted it I put some blood and bones fertliser under for slow release. It has shown some scorching from the sun as I cannot tend to it very often. I fertlise it weekly using liquid fertiliser with high nitrogen and potassium. Does this plant look it might be deficient in Nitrogen or Magnesium? Or am I over/underwatering or there is too much sun exposure (Australian sun can be unforgiving)? Please help. Thanks in advance.
