Bathroom tile crooked

Y'all tell me your thoughts? As the tile goes up it gets crooked and once you see it you can't unsee it. I told the builder he agreed it's way off.

Now it is a spare bath, what's y'all's thoughts on having them tear it out? I just think that it's due to either side of the wall not being square, so without addressing that it will still be crooked no matter what.
