Upgrading my home network to 10 Gbps

As I'm about to upgrade my Internet connection to 3 Gbps (symmetrical) and build my homelab for business, NAS, self-hosting, media server, and cloud storage, I'm trying to figure out what would make the most sense

  1. My ISP's Router (10G) -> 10G SFP+ Switch -> Mac Studio (10 GbE)
  2. My ISP's Router (10G) using PPPoE -> Asus GT-BE98 PRO or TPLINK BE800 (10G SFP+) -> 10G SFP+ Switch -> Mac Studio (10 GbE)
  3. My ISP's Router (10G) using PPPoE -> Netgate 6100 or CCR2004 or UDM Pro (10G SFP+) -> 10G SFP+ Switch -> Mac Studio (10 GbE)

Option 1 is the simplest, but I really don't trust that the ISP's router (Home Hub 4000) to deliver. Am I wrong? Can I use their router and be done with it?

Option 2 is cost-effective because I not only upgrade the wired but also the wireless network. But can I really trust consumer solutions?

Option 3 is more expensive, but as I'm using this for my business I don't mind paying more if it makes sense. However, I haven't seen one clear winner or a must-have feature that would make me forget that I also need to upgrade the Wi-Fi at some point.

Thank you so much in advance for your help.
