i wanna start by saying, the update is great elsewhere. new sounds are great (except eruptor, bring back 1.0 sfx). but these new UI changes make KBM feel like utter dogshit and need to be reverted. specifically regarding stratagem inputs and the "wheel" functions.

first of all lets look at why these changes were implemented. Controller! these changes work great on controller. the wheel change specifically makes it much much harder to fuck up an input. it prevents the player from resetting to neutral too quickly and voiding the input. a great change! now lets look at keyboard. it LOCKS you from being able to cancel, and you have to move your mouse in an awkard pseudo circle just to move around. its HORRIBLE

same thing happens with strat inputs. prevents controller form using a DPAD function when otherwise unintended, a great change. on keyboard it STOPS YOU FROM MOVING.
