Difference in gameplay between regions.

Hello everyone. I am Brazilian and have almost 300 hours of gameplay, lvl 101, and I must confess that I only managed to reach this level by playing on USA servers because it's simply impossible to have quality gameplay on South American servers. I don't know if it's because of the culture of each country or strategic awareness, but players in my region completely ignore the tactical aspect of the game in 8 out of 10 matches and just want to do PvP wherever they find an enemy on the map. Additionally, communication is much more effective among players on North American servers. It seems that there I can truly play the full concept of the game: strategy, positioning, flanks, advances, defenses, placement of garrys, and various other elements that are part of the game, beyond just shooting weapons and killing players. I'm not saying everything is perfect, but in 90% of matches, I have really great moments with the fellas there.

Personally, I can only have fun and evolve in the game by going to USA servers, especially East, as it has the best ping for me. Sometimes I have some difficulty saying certain things in English, but I can understand everything, communicate well, and have fun with the other players. I always have great games, even with a defeat. (which is practically impossible in my region). There is lots of fun and good gameplay in the squad, and I always leave with one or two commendations.

I would like to know if you can perceive this HUGE difference between the regions and their way of "approaching" the game? Because for me it is totally clear, and luckily I had the opportunity to play and evolve through these servers outside my region.
