Hpv e6/e7 positive and atypical cells…

Hi everyone, hope everyone is doing great! My mom got her lab test results back from pap smear (positive hpv e6/e7 atypical cells, Cytology Results: Epithelial Cell Abnormality ) and her dr called me right away stating to set an appt w a gynecologist for a biopsy asap. We are very worried as she has been expierencing pelvic pain even to the touch and muscle pain. We are afraid it can be cancer. Anyone have any input on this? Should we be worried? We appreciate any input and advice and thank you for your time.
