First time guppy owner, female pregnant?

Hello, Two questions! Is my guppy pregnant? 😂

Also, this is my first time owning guppies or any sort of fish really, when she gives birth if she is, how do I keep the tank clean/when can I clean the tank after giving birth/ how do I keep the tank clean without killing them 🥺
