Most “musical” guitar players?

Which is in your opinion, the most musical guitar player?

I am not talking about the best technically. I know the term musical can be vague but this is what i am looking for.

Guitar players that

• are super melodic and have good phrasing
• have unique use of harmony and melody
• have a big grasp on music theory, and they apply it tastefully and not just to show off (optional)
• Musical prowess also comes into play but is not the priority
