Best way to fix this small chip

Hi! I’ve got a brand new Yamaha Pacifica, it has this weird thing on it. I believe it’s like a polyurethane droplet on the original poly coating? Atleast i think.

The dumb me tried scraping it with my nails and with the side of a pick. And now a tiny bit of wood is visible i think. And i’m pretty bumped about it because it’s literally brand new outta the box. I already contacted the seller and i can sent it back in and then i get a new one but it’s not in stock for atleast a couple of weeks so i chose to just keep it. Since i always have the luck of getting something worse then the first time around lol.

But does this need to be filled in with like super glue? Because i think bare wood is visible and i don’t want to have moist problems or anything. Or am i overthinking it..

Also i can’t scrape away the rest, it’s hard on there.
