The Pond

Hey guys, I just recently started playing this game and I’m really enjoying it. However, I am now at the pond and I am stuck. I have no idea what to do to get to the base under the water. I know where it is but I don’t know what to gather so I can breathe under water. Does anyone have any helpful tips?
