Constantly One-Shot by AI

I am CONSTANTLY being one-shot, even with lvl 3 and 3+ vests and helmets. I'm level 31 and I've only been through ONE 5-use sur-kit because I don't ever get "hurt" or even put into a coma, I just die. At lvl 30 I've been put into a coma one time for my entire lvl 31 profile. It's driving me absolutely insane. Is this happening to anyone else or do I just have the worst luck imaginable?
