Advice

Hey guys, So I do some freelance work on the side. Most of the time it’s for friends of friends so I don’t charge them that much. I’m about to start working on marketing myself to local restaurants near me to see if they need menus. What should I charge fir just the design of the project? Any advice would be very helpful.
