First Grand Seiko Spring Drive Guide

Hello, I bought my first GS Spring Drive SBGA003 and Movement 9R65-0AA0. I don’t know why after I set up the time by twisting the crown clockwise until I be able to pull the crown out to the time set up. As I set correct time and wind the power to full power. I notice that the minute of the watch was behind like 10-15 minutes. I really don’t know how to fix it. Notice also, the watch stop working even the power was full.
