Leagues Price drop?

Been seeing a fair amount of people talk about prices dropping on a lot of stuff during leagues, but after looking at a few items I had my eyes on during the last leagues (ancestral/shadow/magus ring) It looks like everything actually went up during leagues.

So I'm curious what people think
