Just bought Grand Cherokee - found rust

I just bought a grand Cherokee from a Mercedes dealership. Upon inspection when I got it home, I found rust on the rotors. More worrisome is that I see rust on parts behind the wheels. Is it severe? What are my options? First time owner of a vehicle so very worried.
