GBC Design from 2017

This has been in my camera roll since April 4th, 2017 anyone know if it was an official merch design at one point? I forgot who posted it i think horse head did or idk but it was one of the gbc guys I was waiting for merch with this on it but I dont think I ever saw any with this design. anyone know anything about it
