Why are my photos so crappy? Pixel 7 Pro

I just took some photos today on my Pixel 7 Pro and the images are beyond shit?! All my coworkers on their iPhones took such PERFECT photos, I'm wondering why the f did I even purchase this phone? And I updated my camera app and those sliders for brightness/warmth are no longer present.

What the hell is google doing???
