decreasing quality of google fi

I have rapidly decreasing quality of service and I would like to know why?

1. In areas where I previously had service, I now have no service at all. A good example is Southern Arizona.

2. When I have good signal strength, I often have no data service. A good example is the entire United States.

3. Signal strength seems pervasively worse in most areas. A good example is: California, Arizona, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia.

There's a simple question to answer here, is google reducing the quality of service?
