GP reccomendations for Chronic Pain?

Hey fellas, been dealing with chronic pain since 15 yo, im 27 now, had spinal fusion surgery late 2019 to help correct hyper kyphosis.

Unfortunately in the past year it's gotten pretty awful, though manageable with regular strong pain meds - though since im still young my GP is super uptight with providing - literally refuses to provide a repeat script nor discuss anything other than panadeine forte.

Pretty rediculious considering 70-80% of my spine is metal rods and screws and I'm in constant pain, eating panadol and nurefen every 6 hours on the dot, which I'm pretty sick of and barely helps but whatever, it's the cards im dealt.

Any reccomendations for GP'S, ideally around or not too far from Paradise Point? Bonus point if they're cool with just a telephone call to rescript.

Making an appontment every 4 weeks to get stinged 50 bucks and made felt like I'm in the wrong for being on strong pain medication for an extended period of time, and having to fucking ration them is wearing me down mentally to say the least.
